• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of a scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, as time has been reserved exclusively for you.

• Missed appointments without notice are also non-refundable.
